Trouble getting or keeping an erection. Evaluation with a recommended diagnostic work-up, then treatment selected from the diagnosis: oral medication, compounded injection therapy, or other options.
Peyronie’s disease

A bend, a curve, an indentation, or an erection that hurts. Objective evaluation of curvature and plaque with duplex ultrasound documentation, and a straight discussion of every treatment pathway — including the ones we refer out.

Low desire, low energy, or hormones you want checked. Lab work first. For appropriate patients, we focus on raising the body's own testosterone while preserving fertility.
These are not always separate problems. Peyronie’s disease can cause difficulty with erections as well as curvature, which is why the bend and the blood flow are documented in the same study rather than chased separately. Delayed orgasm and related concerns are also evaluated and treated — ask when you call.

Diagnostic evaluation
In office · recommended, not required
The ED test itself — penile ultrasound and nerve-sensitivity testing. Duplex Doppler ultrasound of penile blood flow plus biothesiometry (nerve-sensitivity testing). Dr. Carroll recommends it when your history calls for it and tells you plainly when it doesn't — it's billed to Medicare and most insurance, with benefits verified beforehand.
Oral medication
In office or by telemedicine
The tablets: sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil. FDA-approved tablets are the usual first line, and for many men they are the right answer. When they have already been tried without success, that result is information — it points the evaluation somewhere specific.
Compounded injection therapy
First injection in office
Penile injection therapy, often called trimix. Our highest-volume treatment. Initiated under physician supervision, with training and scheduled follow-up — dispensed pre-filled in a range of concentrations, so the strength can be matched to your response rather than issued one-strength-fits-all.
Shockwave therapy
In office course
Shockwave therapy for ED, sometimes called soundwave therapy. A 12-session in-office course, explained plainly — including what the evidence does and doesn't show.
Telemedicine visits

Online ED treatment for men in Florida. Consultations, follow-ups, and refill management by private video visit.
Botox
In office · investigational, not FDA-approved for ED
Botox for ED — the treatment also described as non-surgical enhancement. For selected men whose erections don't respond adequately to tablets.
