Premature ejaculation
Common, treatable, and easier to talk about than you think — especially by private video visit.

How we approach it
Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual complaints men report, and one of the least discussed. Evaluation starts with a straightforward, judgment-free conversation — by telemedicine if you prefer — covering history, timing, and anything else going on, since PE often travels with erectile difficulties that deserve their own attention.
Treatment is individualized. Prescription medication taken to delay ejaculation — including options such as clomipramine, used off-label for this purpose — is prescribed where appropriate and adjusted from your response.
Why see a physician for this
Because the internet’s answer is a subscription, and the right answer is an evaluation. A physician can distinguish lifelong from acquired patterns, rule out contributing conditions, coordinate PE treatment with any erectile component, and adjust therapy over time rather than shipping the same box monthly.
